There's Nothing Out There

Fun pre-Scream & post-Jason Lives meta horror that, unlike Student Bodies or Slaughter High, is actually funny. What a concept. The cast has nice chemistry & their performances are alright, even though none of them apparently went on to do anything else. The creature is pretty cool, too, & I liked that it's really stupid instead of weirdly intelligent. The "hero" gets pretty damn annoying, which is my only real complaint other than a certain scene that jumped the shark a bit. Overall, not bad.
