An animated short set to the tune of Pat Boone's Exodus Song satirizing the history of the land called Israel/Palestine/Canaan/the Levant. "I envisioned This Land Is Mine as the last scene of my potential-possible-maybe- feature film, Seder-Masochism, but it's the first (and so far only) scene I've animated. As one of the few who didn't like Sita I didn't expect much from this, but I was surprised. Sometimes the simplest conceits are the most effective, and that's the case here. Endless historical bloodshed contrasted with bright animation and a theoretically upbeat song.
