They've produced more cinematic work on their Youtube channel. Like that video documentary on the twins the producer made was a much better film than this. Entertaining characters as always, but pretty loosely strung together.

Like a mid tier Louis Theroux doc. Fun but I enjoy some of his YouTube work more.

Not to be a I liked their demos better guy but his stuff is just way better on YouTube. It’s like when Theroux made the full Scientology movie but before everything came to light about Callaghan I would’ve said he’s got a better project under his sleeve but oh well

I think I prefer Callaghan in more short form, and a lot of this material, or type of material is well worn at this point. However, I still enjoyed it a lot, and would like for him to try some more.

I am not sure if Andrew's interview format works past the 20-minute mark. Doesn't really illuminate anything new about January 6th, and also, feels like it drags its heels in centrism. However, this does serve as a reminder that if someone sticks a mic and camera in your face, you don't actually need to talk.

It's nothing new, but on the other hand it is. A as-fresh-as-it-can-be-at-this-point take on the events in the build-up to January 6th from someone who was on the scene with actual people often times. Callaghan's YouTube videos are great, but he also shows that he's not bad at analyzing political events (much better than most talking heads on the news)

Mostly feels like stuff we've all already seen at this point, but it's well-packaged. I have to imagine some of this footage would shock people who don't follow politics at all or only on a surface level. I was hoping this would be a little funnier. I can laugh at plenty of the harmless weirdos in Channel 5 videos, but I don't find the dangerous-unhinged-lunatic type of weirdo funny.

has interesting data on disaffected Americans in 2020 and the grifters behind Jan 6, but it's not a great political documentary like Weiner (2016)

Honest, but a bit depressing

Not much more than a thematic packaging of Andrew Callaghan's usual YouTube content, but I'm all for his message reaching the masses. Exposes America's political and cultural extremism as over-reported fringe nonsense, largely absent of snark or condescension. More danger lies in a societal ecosystem that incentivizes the tribalism that divides us. A lesson in de-radicalization.

Not on the level of their Youtube productions. They heavily build up towards 6-Jan but don't have much to show when it happens. The show works better when Andrew gets to interact, not when he is standing in a crowd.
