Not bad but not all that good either. It needs Dastedly and Mutley. Points for Terry Thomas, as always.

This features numerous quirky characters, plenty of visual, slapstick, madcap style comedy. After you watch it, you may find yourself humming either the theme tune or 'frere jacques', the tune to which is played multiple times. I liked the arguments between the rather pompous English/Brits & the American contestants and, of course, there's a romantic angle with one of the female characters and a almost cowboy type American. It was amusing hearing an English competitor utter 'you dirty rotter!'.

Some fun moments but far too long

It's the exact same film as 'Monte Carlo or Bust'. Exactly. And it's too long. However long it is, it's too long.

A very enjoyable film but unfortunately this movie is to short. I love those early planes.

A good cast plays it straight-arrow and stiff upper lip in this sprawling '60s widescreen comedy adventure. Good fun, great scenery, and Terry-Thomas is a joy as usual.
