Wow, a Ernst Lubitsch I'd not seen! And as usual he set-up the characters in excellent fashion and throws massive wild parties on screen! The rest plays out fine, but not as emotionally tangled or on the nose as some of Lubitsch best work. Still sturdy handicraft with pick-pocketing playboys at work and romance games associated with the great director.
