I sat down to watch this with my wife. What started out just a little boring kept just kept getting more and more better. Extremely realistic movie, not at all preachy. Just shows what a change in somebody's life can really be. We are all connected yet not really responsible for each others behavior, but God does what us each to have a positive effect on others. Especially our friends. Direction was okay but the acting and writing was the best I've seen in a low budget film. I highly recommend t

What's with all the homoerotic tension in Christian movies? For a Christian movie, not bad...probably the best one out there. In fact, I wasn't quite sure that's what it was at first. Good writing--the dialogue actually sounded like real people talking (lamentably rare in movies of any ilk), capable actors, and good technical work. One actually cared about these characters. Any movie that exhorts people to get over themselves and look out for others just a bit more is a movie I can get behind.

First. . , allow me to say that I really liked this movie. Though it confronts several issues, it's basically about a young man's discovery of and acceptance of Christ. It is preachy, yet it isn't preachy. The acting and direction is "so-so", as is the screenplay. Nonetheless, I found the story intriguing and refreshing, and time flew by as I watched it. I don't know if I can recommend it for the price of theater admission, but I do recommend it for video rental.

Not the best movie if you can't enjoy it's main source, but quite honestly it isn't your typical low-budget and plot-less christian movie. To Save a Life maybe the best one to date.
