Not good, but it is aimed at kids and it is some safe family drama and fun. I laughed a couple of times but it isn't anything to write home about regardless.

Man, The Rock must have really had some sick gambling debts. Also, most of his expressions in this stinker are downright frightening. Scientists should combine his unnatural smile with Stephen Merchant's psycho eyeballs to create the ultimate roided-out monstrosity,

I actually thought this was pretty hilarious. It's so stupid and ridiculous, you see The Rock in a pink tutu...... How can you NOT laugh at that stupidity? Maybe it helped I wasn't sober..

When a big brute like the rock goes from action movies to children movies and dresses up like a tooth fairy then you know his career is going straight down the hill! Steven Segal and the rock is in the same boat.. TOTALY USELESS!!

Forgot this thing existed. One really laugh out loud moment for me, and that’s it. Really meh story and lame drama. Not very interesting characters. It’s acceptable as something to put on for free, but I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to see it.

Would have been better if there was more chemistry between Dwayne Johnson Ashley Judd.

I can smell what the Rock is cooking. A big slice of ham. To be fair it isn't his fault, this is a direct to TV movie that got shuffled in to the wrong pile and given a bigger cast than it deserves. If it's rainy and you've lost the remote, or a Rock completist, then check it out. But everyone has had they're pay check and don't care if you watch it.

Everything with Fairyland (especially Julie Andrews and Stephen Merchant) is great. Everything in the real world is... well...

Comedy about a hard-charging hockey player who is sentenced to serve as a tooth fairy for one week as punishment for his hubris and misanthropy. Isn't as bad as you may have feared. It's not all that good, either, but at least it's possible to sit through it and hold down your popcorn.... a strictly by-the-numbers affair.

Michael Lembeck directs with the subtlety of a sledgehammer, pounding every joke and cliche until they are flat, flat, flat.

Nut-job republican stars in film exalting the benefits of blind-faith and obedience, for kids. Worse even than all of that is it's really unfunny.

"Considering the best thing here is a joke about Billy Crystal letting his freak flag fly, it's painfully apparent there's just no rehabilitating this stinker." - Simon Abrams

Dwayne Johnson brings the full force of his charm (and his appropriately pale chompers) to the title role, but flat direction and a committee-written script render The Tooth Fairy unacceptably dull.

I expected it to be bad. I mean, who wouldn't. The badness still exceeded all of my expectations. Put it on for your kids and leave the room immediately.

Dwayne is actually too good for this piece of crap. It is painful to watch the first hour, but the ending takes the prize for being among the worst ever.

In the hierarchy of things that creep into your house, the tooth fairy ranks somewhere beneath Santa Claus and above the Formosan termite.

Tooth Fairy wasn't a good movie but there were parts of it that were entertaining. I liked a lot of the hockey action. Hockey movies always make me want to enjoy hockey but whenever I watch it live it doesn't click. This movie is boosted by the number of great actors that were in it. It's a cute movie to share with your family but, unlike a Pixar movie or many other kids movies that keep parents in mind, this movie has some awful dialog that made me grown and roll my eyes too many times.

Sweet little film, but a lot of flaws. Wasted talent (Ashley Judd, Julie Andrews!, Billy Crystal), Plot holes, a veeeeeeeeeeeeery slow middle, and the typical Disney family movie schmaltz. It was decent for watching with the family, but utterly, and thankfully, forgettable.

Judging by some of the vitriolic reactions here, I think folks took this film way too seriously back when it came out. Did you guys even check out that poster? THE ROCK IS PLAYING A TOOTH FAIRY! Does that make it a good movie? Storywise, it's about as familiar and formulaic as they come, but it has such a cheerful and inoffensive sense of its own silliness that I found it impossible not to enjoy. In the words of HAL 9000: y'all need to take a stress pill, yo.
