Tough Guys

Lancaster and Douglas still have great screen presence for a couple of old farts. Also notable for an early appearance by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

it's a pretty fun movie, but most of these points come from a 70 year old douglas trying on incredibly loud 80's hipster clothes and saying "well, derek, am i hot?" and then a television responding "you're practically on fire."

How Kirk handled those guys. Niiiice!

Two legends of the big screen use the character traits they made famous, and poke fun at ageism.

Passes the time.

Don't automatically dismiss this movie as "The Odd Couple" with ex-cons. This is a likeable comedy. Douglas and Lancaster don't give the best performances of their carrers, but they don't have to. The movie is charming and enjoyable.
