Maybe if it were a little longer I could make myself care one way or another.

I watched this today due to an argument about if something a few seconds long can be considered a movie. I don't really have much interest in those debates, but 2 seconds of cars driving doesn't exactly get my balls tingling.

Too short to rate. The clip lasts 3 seconds and than it's repeated twenty times.

Too short to be of any real value, but it definitely was entertaining enough to keep my attention for the three second play time.

THE WORLD'S... second... MOVIE. OK, not quite as exciting as the first, but still compelling just for its historical significance

You can't really say anything about its plot, actors and so on, so I think the ones that should be judged are action shots.There are not too many,of course, but you can judge a composition of the scene. I have to say it must have been though over many times by directors, because if it were a photo,it would be really good.Showing a movement to opposite directions is a good idea, as well as showing a street under certain angle. It would look less impressive if it were filmed from the street level.
