Not as much chemistry, intensity, or as much awesomeness of the TV show. It's a good story, but it doesn't do the TV show justice at all. It's pretty weak by comparison, but it still offers plenty.

I hate to be harsh to something so earnest, but there's a lot of problems here. Yamada overplays his nervousness about a hundredfold. It's an awful hurricane of twitching and stammering. There's no chemistry between the leads. The comedic tone is all wrong, entirely too goofy. Everything with the three nerd guys made me cringe. It doesn't really capture the feeling of an internet community at all. Still, there is a heartwarming sweetness to it, and a few of the graphic ideas are clever.
