More of the same really but I did miss the interviews with the actual cast. Though this movie is about the Star Trek fans I really enjoyed what the cast of the TV shows thought about the Star Trek fans themselves. I also appreciated that it revisited some of the people from the first documentary to see how they were doing now, especially the young kid who now designs 3D graphics for a living and has, in fact, gotten laid. Oh and seeing a Kirk impression in a Shakespeare play is hilarious.

More of the same. No better or worse than the first one, just different stories. They spent a little too much time on the bands.

Even though my bonafides as a Trek fan are seriously lacking, as a lifelong fan of comics/sci-fi/fantasy I still enjoy watching more obsessive/devoted fans of similar topics plunge even deeper into what brings them joy & find similar-minded people to hang with, so these kind of docs work well for me. This explores international fans, so the only thing I would have liked to know more about - & I'm far from Woke - was: are there no Trek zealots and fan bases in Africa and Asia?

Not much different than the last one. Maybe slightly more embarrassing with all the musicians.
