Trick or Treats

This doesn't work as a horror film but its somewhat entertaining as a comedy.

One of the worst written horror movies ever. Probably. The script is so incredibly stupid that it's a wonder how it's even as bad as it is. Giroux & the kid are trying, which is worth something, but they couldn't have made the material work no matter what. It's slow, boring, & unfunny. Subplots go nowhere. A minor plot point is set up with a 5-minute scene that includes a movie-within-a-movie. Why? No clue. The entire third act makes no sense. The ending is garbage. Actually, it's all garbage.
