Why haven't more Brakhage fans seen this? It's as great as almost everything else by him that I've thus far seen.

Don't know these two people, don't care about them, and the film fails to express anything about them. The alternating positive/negative images are kind of cool, but that's about it.

Both these subjects are poets, from what I understand; I've never read McClure, and from Creeley only the ominous, helpless yet detached "I Know A Man", a work matched in tone by his segment here.
