Why Al Pacino would want to include himself in a Matthew McConaughey workout video I'll never know.

Pacino would be wiser to pick better scripts so he won't have to emote so much to save films in the future, as the only reason I can see him taking a step backward in his career to do brainless dramas like this happens to be reflected in the last three words of this film's title.

"Like Barry Sanders rushing for 200 yards in a losing effort, an overacting Pacino saves the sluggish film from being unwatchable." - Nick Schager

I think I've said this already, I hate Al Pacino. But I love Jeremy Piven. 20 points for him.

Not as terrible as I thought it would be, as it went a better direction than it could have, but it's still a pretty ridiculous, predictable film.

Pacino is enjoyable and while the movie isn't exactly painful to watch, it's still nothing beyond mediocre.

surprisingly good despite how ordinary it is. maybe because it has more to say about the Pacino character than you'd expect.

This movie was surprisingly entertaining, with well-written dynamic friction between sexy Matthew McConnaughey and powerful father-figure Al Pacino. Renee Russo always good'"she's one our most underrated actresses,

This movie has an interesting subject matter that covers the world of sports betting. Al Pacino and Matthew McConaughey have good chemistry together. The script is straight forward but the actors make the material work. I would recommend this movie.

A good gambling drama about men who just dont know when to stop. The acting left a little to be desired, but you just couldnt help but watch this film, and hope and pray things worked out because to lose it all must be a terrible feeling.

McConaughey's turn halfway through the movie is perhaps the most unjustified in movie history.
