Undisputed III: Redemption

Boyka actually makes the most interesting protagonist of the series and I can safely say that Undisputed III: Redemption is the best of the series. Admittedly you'll see a lot of people spit out their bloody mouth guard in slow-motion but even so the fight scenes do feel intense, well shot and well choreographed. If you like the Undisputed series then I can safely say it's only getting better.

You like muscles? You approve the need to flip 5 times in the air before landing a kick? You don't like dudes going down after 1, 2, or even 10 hammer-like blows to the face? Well, I can safely recommend this movie. I admit, there's nothing wrong with all that.

"One deadly tournament. Last fight for freedom." Uri Boyka is an Eastern European prison fighter. He is looking for an opportunity to fight his way out of prison, but to do that he will have to defeat the best cage fighters in the world.

Peak Florentine/Adkins as the franchise reaches its boiling point of joining buddy, prison and martial arts virtues. How do you beat a fixed fighting tournament -- the Colombian DOLOR is the chosen one to win and make some dudes rich -- with a group of crime lords -- and their "highest profit at lowest risk" -- behind it? With talent -- and some prayer --, I guess. Florentine literally lights it up with broader, brigther, bloodier coreographs, with the camera also doing its own flair dance.

"I must fight for freedom!" I don't care.

Good old punching fun, just like the old Van Damme days
