Walk Like a Man

Howie Mandel playing a hyperactive dog version of Tarzan for laughs. It's really hideously awful, though not quite as painful as the essentially-the-same-thing Rob Schneider film "The Animal".

Finally watched the whole thing, and it's good silly fun with some laugh out loud moments. Love Howie.
