Walk of Shame

A really stupid, cliched movie that gets annoying real fast. The only good part of this movie was Bill Burr. Avoid

Oh dear. Bill Burr, Gillian Jacobs, (sure, why not) Kevin Nealon...I hope this paid well. And I bet Burr was busy making the final episodes of the last season of "Breaking Bad" while also filming this. What kind of cognitive dissonance do you think that causes in a man?

Walk of Shame isn't particularly good, but it's funny in parts and it's not like it feels like a complete waste of time, but it's also not seeking out or sitting down to watch more than specific segments. Some movies are best to play in the background as noise you occasionally look at, and that might be Walk of Shame's future. It's not worth dedicating an hour and a half of your life to it -- its script is repetitive and lacking in humor -- but it has some moments that are worth seeing.

i love Elizabeth Banks , she is very funny . but the movie was not very convincing.

Walk of Shame had some funny moments. I found myself laughing a few times but Elizabeth Banks is usually much funnier than she was in this movie. It wasn't her fault it was the script and the direction. I don't really think she fit the character either. The boring TV reporter who has a crazy night doesn't really fit her. I enjoyed some of the other characters in the movie the three crack dealers were endearing and Kevin Nealon was a surprise but overall the movie was just okay.

Living up to it's title, pretty bad--as much as I really wanted to like it.

The shameful thing about this movie is that they took one concept and stretched it for far too long. Elizabeth Banks is always great but I don't think the writers left her with much to say. The concept was simple, she has a one night stand and does the walk of shame, except everything that could go wrong for her, does...

One out of every three scenes in this movie exists just to explain why this movie exists. "I don't have my phone and every payphone is broken and I don't have any money and I don't remember any phone numbers and my boyfriend won't come pick me up and my coworkers don't believe me and I can't take any taxis and I can't take any buses." Let's be honest, it's pretty foolish to try to make a movie about how somebody can't figure out how to get to the other side of their native city.

Fuck yeah Elizabeth Banks in that dress. Otherwise meh, kinda.

A stupid movie, to be sure, but quite funny in spots.

Had low expectations and I was right. Cliches galore, a few jokes and a happy ending, Walk of Shame was mediocre at the best of times and irritating otherwise.

It should've been a short film.

They took the plot of "Adventures in Babysitting" and removed the kids. Banks looks great in that yellow dress. The supporting cast is both forgettable and unbelievable.

Feels really long, much like the main characters night. Faaaar too long

I laughed quite a bit but I was also very hungover. The parts with the crack dealers were the best. "Yeah I'm the news bitch"

Imagine another actress, imagine another writer, imagine this and that... Nope, still the same mediocre movie with the same cliches.

It would be too easy to pick on the writing as this story is full of stupidity. However, I got a few great laughs, and the nonstop over-the-top action was fun to watch even though it was almost entirely ridiculous. The gorgeous Elizabeth Banks was a delight as the fish out of water having a really bad day. The police and cab driver were particularly bad, as were most of the other street characters. Mostly points for a few good laughs and the performance from Elizabeth Banks.

I feel this movie is impressive, only because I expected it to be total crap. It's not original in the slightest and the ending is 100% predictable, but the humor is actually spot-on and very quotable. Worth a watch on a rainy day just for that, in my opinion.

This "After Hours" ripoff is just a lame attempt at comedy, like most of director Brill's efforts.

So lame, so boring.
