A combined viewing of WEAPON OF CHOICE, KENZO WORLD and this HomePod advertisement makes it clear that, according to Jonze, the only hope of finding joy in the conformist world of digital and network loneliness and isolation lies in being a professionally trained dancer. The rest of us are screwed. This is the most thematically complex and subtle of the three, and the relationship between performer and set is intricate and impressive. Using practical effects to mimic CGI is a clever idea.
