Werewolf Shadow

Goofy monster flick with a gloriously cheesy werewolf vs vampire battle at the end.

Fun romp with Naschy doing his thing and vampire vixens doing their thing. Perfect combination.

From the English title I expected that this film would be more about the werewolf and the vampire woman fighting each other, but no, they only fight at the end and even that's pretty lame. It's a pretty bad film, but at least it has some camp value and cute sexy (vampire) women.

Why do Naschy movies have any fan base at all? This is the 2nd badly made film I see w/ him. The only good things are the pretty girls, VW design & basic setup. But then: why does WWolf's sister die offscreen? How does she even die? Why are characters we've never seen before thrown in w/out explanation as to where they came from? Why does the WWolf drop the stake when he's going to fight Genevieve but kill her w/ a stake anyway? Why is VW afraid to attack the WWolf when he's human in the climax?
