Dreyfuss' fall from grace into madness is priceless, and Murray's character is so maddening I would probably have tried to kill him myself. Funny movie.

A madman stalks and torments his therapist, good times. Silly and ludacris situations aside, Dreyfuss and Murray really sell this, which makes it pretty entertaining.

Funny little comedy about psychotherapists and the people who get addicted to the attention-on-demand you can get from them. A smarter movie than you'd expect

I'd go so far as to say that this movie bridged the styles of 80s and 90s comedies quite handily. It's hilarious and if you're doing a class on film history, check this out if you've never seen it.

Hilarious comedy is Murray's best vehicle, and he's matched by Dreyfuss as the psychologist at wits end. Funny all the way through with some truly hilarious sequences. One of the rare comedies that doesn't compromise itself by trying to be more than what it is--- which may be it's greatest asset (aside from the two leads, of course).

Funny but very frustrating movie. Bill Murray is unlikable as I always find him. I didn't like the cartoonish violence and equally cartoonish ending that wouldn't actually be funny at all if it really happened.

i was wondering what the name of this movie was. i saw it on tv in las vegas and i had no idea what it was called. i just thought of it as "that bill murray psychiatrist movie". thank you criticker, now i know the name of a movie that i didn't really like and don't give a shit about.

I adored this movie as a kid. Watching it as an adult, I can't bring myself to laugh. I see it less now as a comedy than as a Kafkaesque horror film. It still works that way too, though.

Pitched somewhat awkwardly between a black comedy and a family film, W.A.B? gets by on the strength of its cast, despite its unfortunate descent into cartoonish farce in its lousy third act. Murray and Dreyfuss' mutual dislike of each other probably helped intensify their scenes together, and it's always fun watching Dreyfuss blow his lid, especially in tailor made comedic roles. Murray effectively tones down his persona to play a hopeless neurotic, and there are a few big laughs.

Bill Murray is great, but not in this movie. He's essentially terrible. But man, have you seen the 80's Razor's Edge remake? That movie, wow, way up its own ass. AND IT'S STILL GREAT, because Bill Murray is the freaking man. What About Bob? sucks though. Bad. It's essentially terrible. Bill Murray cashes a check. Fun for the whole family.

You know those times when Bill Murray was nominated for an Oscar, but lost and he sat there with such a look of disdain on his face towards the Academy because they didn't choose him? Well Bill, this film is the reason you'll never win an Oscar. Not winning is payback for making a lot of people watch this annoyingly unfunny film.

While Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfuss show some decent acting chops, this really isn't that funny of a movie. These were the kind of roles that these two guys would normally get so that tin a way these roles would fit like a glove. I wasn't too impressed with the rest of the cast though. Nothing special here but would almost cross the line of annoying.

It says something about how immersed I've been in the world of SNL that I was unable to watch this without constantly thinking of Darrell Hammond's pitch perfect Richard Dreyfuss impression. The movie itself is nothing special and the entire course of the plot can be predicted within the first fifteen minutes, but there are funny moments and Murray is dependably entertaining.

Well it's a good-old-fashioned kind of comedy movie for the whole family. Bill Murray is not bad in it, but it somehow doesn't feel like "a Bill Murray movie." More like a comedy that just happened to feature him in a starring role. Of course, this was back in the days when he would do a lot more general comedies, and not just movies made by good friends of his, such as Wes Anderson.
