As usual, there's a little of the wide-eyed, naive stuff, the spiritual shopping typical of Westerners interested in Buddhism, but that's pretty much everyone's starting point. The documentary has a lot of good interviews and a healthy stress on dharma vs. culture (I'm especially put off by the idea of *necessarily* embracing another culture in order to embrace the dharma). Overall very educational and well balanced.
