A alright winter adventure up in the frozen north where Michael Whalen is hired to guide Jean Muir's brother to his inherited mine. The brother doesn't make it so Whalen takes his identity to steal it for himself. And he's the hero of the picture! The real bad guy is John Carradine, same kind, but Muir isn't in love with him so that forgives Whalen. Movie logic.
