Good ideas wrong language...

Impressive on every front, but particularly in its cinematography, Wolf Totem packs a furious bite.

Wolfish wild life and magical Mongolian landscapes makes this a worth wild adventure! I would say the story doesn't match the same magic. There is something lacking to really connect us with the people in it. Of course the wolves were always going to be the main attraction and they got to be the wild hunters they are. So overall this was a fine animal movie.

the movie is working with an interesting triangle of natives, wolves, and governing settlers, but i was generally bored with the progression and narrative. otherwise this doesn't really have much going for it tbh, the scenery was nice.
