How is it that a bus load of convicted murderers can't manage to thwart a single mentally retarded and physically deformed hillbilly?

I couldn't really tell what is more astonishing: that we got to a point where 3 of these films have been made or that this somehow became more ridiculous. It's more of the same, with less charm to it. It does provide a new idea to it in the fact that our "protagonists" are actually equipped to deal with the single cannibal, but there isn't anything here that is particularly good even for direct-to-video, B-rate movie standards. It's quite bizarre I can be this disappointed by this.

Pretty bad with a lot of stupid decisions made. Ultimately faster paced than the first, not as crazy fun as the second. It looks and feels cheap, which it is.

When you cast a film, please make sure the actors are capable of pulling off the accents they should have. For example, casting an Ensligh-born Turk as a Hispanic gang leader? Maybe not a good move. Half of the other English men and women barely conceal their normal voices as they attempt American accents as well. Throw in some really laughable make-up effects and you have an embarrassing third installment in the Wrong Turn series.

There's a word invented, that perfectly fits to describe this film - incredibad! I enjoy watching bad movies, but this one is so humorlessly terrible, it's almost nauseating. Remember those old Hollywood movies, in the scenes when someone is driving a car outside is clearly an insert? In 2009 WT3 brings that back in most serious manner. Avoid!

Sadly this isn't even laughably bad, it's just plain boring. The worst make up I have seen in a while.

It's less of a horror movie than its predecessors -- which weren't particularly scary in the first place -- but Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead is actually kind of fun. The group dynamics are interesting, giving the main characters guns means they can, for the first time, truly fight back, and some of the special effects are so bad that you can't help but laugh. You won't be scared, but you might be entertained.

Underneath all the gore, pyrotechnics and machismo, this is actually a big old yawn-fest. It tries, and fails miserably, to tell us it's being original when original is the very last thing it's being.

It at least adds some new dynamics with the whole deal of the group of victims being able to defend themselves and also needing to watch out so members of their own group don't kill them. Still, it's a Wrong Turn -movie. It's not good.

It's trying to be innovative in it's genre, but I'm afraid it's not. It's quite funny though and above all, entertaining and filled with action and detail!

All I can remember was horrible acting, script and directing. Was it this flick where an arrow penetrated through a silicon into an eye? Or maybe it was a hand, who cares?

Now the story is more familiar. That's why you could watch it with ease. Acting was terrible but I like savagery and kills in the movie. * Casting, Acting : 1

This was so laughably bad as me and my cousin were just laughing all the way through out this movie. Some of the acting was ok, but some was just atrocious. I did like the cop going for the money though, that was probably the most realistic thing about this movie. This was just not a movie to take seriously.

Horrible makeup this time. Still the horror aspect was good and I loved the setting with the cops and criminals. Also ... damn, cant get enough of the beginning of this movie ;)

Meh. A few funny/cool kills, but mainly just going through the motions, while offering little entertainment.

Very few redeeming qualities, a definite step down for the Wrong Turn series. Very amateur, even for a direct to video sequel.

About on par with the second part. Stupid, with characters acting stupidly, and silly gore effects, but still manages to be kinda fun. A good place to stop, because Wrong Turn 4 is immensely worse.
