Poorly executed Hong Kong action film, the scenes don't flow together and all of the action is sped up. Anthony Wong is reliable as always but just about everyone else over acts. Having a thin story in an action film is nothing new but it should at least make sense and not have characters appear in scenes for no reason just to say a line then walk off and reappear in a completing different setting just seconds later. And the X-Cop Girls of the title are only in the last 10 minutes of the film.
