If you've gotten the gumption to track down forty year old, low budget, Italian schlock, you should already know you're a masochist, and you should also know the cheesy shitfest this movie has in store for you. No surprises here, it plays like a Roger Corman movie filled with actors that you're not sure aren't hobos taken off the streets of Rome and put into loincloths and given laser blasters, so basically any other Roger Corman movie.

It was silly but decently put together. Great theme song sequence. Was there a sequel based on the ending's setup? Fav scene: fighting a freaking triceratops.

Re-edited from a four-part Italian miniseries, this absurd feature is good for a few laughs but not much else. Director Margheriti made some good movies in the '60s but by this point had pretty much run out of creative steam. Strange but awful; for beefcake fans only.

Almost every aspect of this film is silly, from the plot down to the weirdly catchy but utterly nonsensical theme song. It's worth a look just for the sheer insanity and goofiness, and it's definitely a must-see for any fan of the Spoony Experiment, if you can track it down.

Editing this down from a miniseries into feature length had the consequence of the story moving at a _furious_ pace. That doesn't make it a bad thing, but it does require your full attention. As it progresses, it gets gradually more insane, with the technological level of each village he encounters increasing from clubs to lasers.

I watched the 90 minute cut, and it's hilarious how obviously episodic it is. This is absolutely a top-tier Bad Movie Night movie, full of delirious nonsense, goofy acting, confusing plot twists, freeform genre mashups, and an irrepressible sense of "it's not who's going to let me, it's who's going to stop me" from the filmmakers.

Some seriously mental stuff. It has a ton of WTF moments and keeps surprising the you with fresh insanity so it doesn't get too boring. Great entertainment with endearing use of low budget that works best with some intoxicants. The theme song is just epic.

Outrageous! Count the number of innocent villages, and people killed because of Yor and his companions. A true B-movie laugh fest that is sure to entertain.

[mini-series] Yor's world he's the man! Cheesy, butand fun loincloth and laser flick by who else if not italians.I have seen quite a few of these b-grade fantasies spawned by Conan's success and I have to say Yor is one of the better ones.

Pretty terrible, but worth it for the absolutely hilarious theme song alone. Seriously, with a good group of friends this can be one of the best unintentional comedies of all time. Recommended for bad movie connoisseurs, everyone else should avoid it like the plague.

It's really a toss-up between this and Space Mutiny as to which Reb Brown vehicle is the most hilariously inept. But... seriously. A caveman movie with lasers and dinosaurs. Plotted like randomly pieced together TV serials (which is what it is, apparently). Oh, and Darth Vader is in this too somehow. Possibly, this was his stopover between eps III and IV.

Pure cheese from journeyman director Margheriti who has actually made some real movies as well. Contains a lot of goofy details, WTF moments and what's best -- it moves at a better pace than e.g. StarCrash. Grab a sixpack and have fun!
