Pretty simple crime drama. The main gimmick is a gang that's blocking radio frequencies blackmailing stations to pay 'em off. Lloyd Nolan is the good guy that get suspected of this crime and also kidnapped by the bad guys. The rest is purely formula done in the cheapest possible way. A forgettable fix.
