There were fewer characters in It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World. Everyone with a speaking role had an entourage of idiots with them to get shot and such.

My latest visit to the Shervan Ranch was greeted with another attempted action movie filled boring "action", an awful story, and plenty of American "T&A". The film features maybe 3-4 full song length topless dances sprinkled in throughout the fist fights, shoot-outs, and car chases that range from laughably bad to simply boring. Although there is some so-bad-it's-good fun to be had, most of the movie remains in the tedious forgettable B-movie range. Only for your Shervan completionist.

Not only fails to achieve the modest so bad it’s good B-movie pleasures Shervan reached in Samurai Cop and Killing American Style, it could be one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen! Amidst thousands of movies I’ve seen a decent number of boom mics creep into frame; I’m pretty sure this is the first time I’ve ever seen a shot in a movie’s final cut start with a plainly visible clapboard still moving out of the frame.

Nowhere near as good as Samurai Cop or Killing American Style, although I used to get drunk and watch shit like this which tends to elevate the material... or brings you down to its level, not sure which. Son of a bitches!
