Zaman

Antwerp, Belgium. Police inspector Zaman finds out that enterpreneur Collas is not always 'clean' in his activities. Still, he is protected by his many contacts at the City Hall. An important person in Collas' network is Kaplan, who happens to be involved with Zaman's daughter. Needless to say that this puts a heavy burden on Zaman's family... (mine)
