I give it some credit for laughably bad scenes although you probably can't stand the movie long enough to get to them.

"So bad it's good" is a shitty copout anyway, but this doesn't even have that going for it, and never captures an iota of the psychotic majesty implied by its title. Instead it's some painfully slow kiddie comedy with a goofy soundtrack to accompany the dumb slapstick, which is sometimes intercut with the occasional semi-cool fight scene between Ninja Master Bert and Ninja Master Perry or whatever. Wouldn't even recommend this to (theoretic) Godfrey Ho fans.

One of Godfrey Ho's worst, I stuck around as long as I could waiting for something, anything to amuse me but it was all a waste. This probably doesn't even deserve a 25 but the simple fact that the ninja wear headbands that say NINJA on them to prove they're ninja is worth a star.
