Zombies Reborn

A love/grief stricken mad-scientist in pursuits of developing human regeneration to reverse the death of his beloved girlfriend instead creates zombie-reptile-vampires. He uses some sort of "science" and "technology" to control the zombies to help further his research. However, this cheap looking movie is really a shockingly boring drama about the relationship between the scientist and his newest test subject, a young girl who may-or-may-not be an undead zombie, and the key to his research.
