Thread bare plot which takes way too long to set up, is sparse on jokes and not much of a pay off. Lugosi has a good turn, but must battle wits with a monkey. The occasional "native" dancers also fill some screen time nicely.

I laughed at more jokes than i thought i might. Goofy light hearted film. Not super special but it did have lugosi and a bit of fun

Abbott & Costello knock-offs Wally Brown & Alan Carney doing the horror spoof with Bela Lugosi before they did! Not always as funny as it could have been, but there was enough madness going on to appreciate Zombies on Broadway (1945).
