We took a look at your account, and it does seem like your TCIs are correct now. Your top TCI is at 14.7657, which is a normal (and quite good) percentile-based TCI. And when I look at your PSI list, I see plenty that are quite high. I regenerated a batch for you at random, and saw that, for example...
