Re: From Tiers to Percentiles: Introducing a Big New Change to Criticker

Same, that's actually a big bug because that's what I mainly use Criticker for lol, the PSI numbers. They've all gone to either 30, 35, or 40 as soon as I click regenerate PSI on a film in my wishlist.

Re: The Youtube Thread

We need more of those videos like interviewing random strangers at 7-11 in 1987.

Re: Star Wars: The Last Jedi

I don't blame Rian Johnson anymore, I blame whoever had the decision making power and for some reason saw his resume and thought he'd be a good fit for directing a space sci-fi adventure film, that's who's at fault.

Re: Star Wars: The Last Jedi

^ You answered your own question. It's missing the magic that you would expect in an action-adventure film because the director was a terrible choice who shouldn't be doing space sci-fi to begin with.

Re: Black Panther

I don't feel obliged to love it, I just thought it was pretty good. I disagree with the acting though, I think Michael B Jordan's character was awfully hammy and just generally bad. Andy Serkis was trying to do a weird Joker thing....Marvel villains can't ever act. Ragnarok was much funnier and prob...

Re: Best dialogue-driven film you've seen?

OK, if you're not going to be serious.... Heaven forbid that someone should not be serious around here... Ironic humor is one thing, 2nd grade sarcasm is another. 8-) I was being deadly serious. The Day The Earth Caught Fire is an underseen classic, maybe because it's British, and Sweet Smell of Su...

Re: This site should be the #1 place to look for movie reviews and recommendations

The interface is mostly fine I just don't think enough people know it exists compared to other ones. As for more people ruining it, I disagree, the more people there are the better your PSI's get, the more people are ranking films, etc.
