I’ve got it set for only reviews to come up on a film’s page, yet lots of blank scores keep showing up amongst them.

I just went onto The Shawshank Redemption page and the reviews area was blank, checked with The Matrix as it's also mega popular and that was blank too. Less popular films are working fine though.
