Wes Anderson. Most of his films are painfully "hip" and he's been co-opted by the hipster scene as one of their culture gods. Life Aquatic was terrible and his characters are awkward and unfunny. His films also seem to be built completely around Bill Murray's deadpan shtick.

Oliver Stone. He was good prior to the 00's since then he's just churned out crap.

McG. He's from the new generation of directors who all use MTV style music video edits to make their movies. Charlie's angels was terrible and Terminator salvation was a mind numbing mediocre experience. He literally has no talent and should go back to making music videos.

Kevin Smith. His early movies set in Jersey were good back when the humor was fresh for the 90's. These days he can't make a decent movie to save his life and everything he writes seems self indulgent and just a rehash of his usual poop, fart, catholic, and sex jokes.

Nora Ephron. She churns out sentimental rubbish chick flicks and is lauded as some kind of auteur for it. She's a total hack whose writing seems like it came from reader's digest or some romance sex novel for housewives.

Others..

Edward Zwick. He's definitely not terrible but his movies are so paint by the numbers predictable and he uses every Hollywood cliche' imaginable. I have nicknamed him Spielberg Jr. because he uses a lot of the same sentimentality and Spielberg techniques in his work. Last Samurai was also fairly offensive in a lot of ways and a completely inaccurate portrayal of the Meiji restoration.
