It's been going on since Frank Sinatra, and continues yet on American Idol. Did you notice it looked like he wasn't going to get a reaction when he first started speaking. "Opportunity equals hard work"......silence.
And "people" in the audience is much too general. It had to be, almost completely, teen age girls (dipshits are guys...mostly....I think).
