AWESOME.
Yeah, I can vouch for those two scenes. Among films I have watched more recently,
1. Harmonica's introduction in "Once Upon a Time in the West", including the lines
"Looks like we're one horse short."
"No, you have two horses too many..."
as well as the incredible final shoot-out with Frank.
2. The Clockwork Orange home invasion scene while Alex is singing "Singin' in the Rain".
3. Any of Howard Beale's rants on "Network", as well as the scene of Max leaving Diane.
4. The shoot-out between Anton Chigurh and Moss in the dead of night in "No Country for Old Men". There wasn't even any music playing; it was one the most visceral movie scene I've ever countered.
5. Henry Gondor supposedly being drunk while playing cards with Lonnigan in "The Sting".
6. The opening to Slapshot, with the French goalie demonstrating what is and isn't legal;
The introduction of the Hanson Brothers, one of the players changing his name to "Killer", the final game, and Paul Newman calling the team's owner a faggot were also superb moments.
I'll post one video;
