You may not enjoy his work, but can't you at least appreciate how loud he screams? In all of his most acclaimed roles, he yells very very loud; does that count for nothing? And he's improved on this skill over time, which shows that he's a hard worker. Listen to his screaming in something like The Basketball Diaries as opposed to his more recent and refined work such as The Revenant--his decibel level has increased exponentially.
22. Will Smith -- this guy's idea of dramatic acting is scrunching his face up like he's smelling a rancid fart. He was great in Ali and I don't exactly hate him, but I just don't understand what he's doing most of the time.

You mean like non-silly accents?
I see a lot of comic actors mentioned here, which is not surprising. You gotta find the comedian funny in the first place in order for their comedy to do something for you. So I'll go with
18. Danny McBride
No matter what he does, he's always gonna be a major douche to me.

So are you saying that Frank Abagnale Jr. and Teddy Daniels are the same character?
I think you just don't like the guy. You didn't have to come up with a phony excuse for it. He is not Gary Oldman but still a versatile enough actor.

Hot Take: They actually are all the same character, and exist within the
Leonardo DiCaprio as an Immortal Being Cinematic Universe (LDCaaIBCU). Everytime his character appears to have been killed, he's actually fallen into a coma for several years to regenerate the fatal damage and is reborn with a new name, but the same appearance, personality and memories.
That means before Jack won his way onto The Titanic, he had also been a slave owner in the South and wrestled a bear in the Old West.

Try Brawl in Cell Block 99. It's not a comedy and quite an unexpected movie for this actor. I enjoyed it a lot.
