You should check out more of her starring roles in that case. The big recent one to check out is The Favourite if you haven't seen it, and I can't recommend Tyrannosaur highly enough

For Meiko Kaji, I highly recommend "Female Prisoner 701: Scorpion" and "Jeans Blues: No Future". "Wandering Ginza Butterfly" isn't bad, either. She also has a pretty good supporting role in Kinji Fukasaku's awesome "Yakuza Graveyard"



also, props for including Olivia Colman on your list. a very funny comedic actress with some serious dramatic chops to boot.
