I think Eisenberg is terrific, and it's a shame that he was (and to some extent, still is) type-caste in the same type of roles as Cera was.

I haven't watched "The Social Network", but Eisenberg was really good in "Adventureland". Comparing Cera to Eisenberg is like comparing Orlando Bloom to Sir Laurence Olivier. Yeah, there are some superficial similarities, but one can act and the other cannot.

Orlando Bloom - An absolute black hole of charisma. I am shocked I could actually remember him to put him on this list since he is such a non-entity.
Meryl Streep - So overrated, so smug, so ugly
Halle Berry - Boring as hell and not as attractive as she is made out to be
Toni Collette - Meh
Michael Caine - Definitely on my "punch him in the face if I ever meet him" list.

I also absolutely hated Heath Ledger - Dark Knight was his only good performance in my opinion and I did think highly of that but damn, it didn't exactly make up for the decade of wooden acting that preceeded it.

For me it has to be:

Kristen Stewart by far the most annoying!

Not much hate here, don't like to waste energy on that. However there are a number of performances that annoyed me quite a bit:

- Jodie Foster in The Brave One
- Orlando Bloom in Elizabethtown
- Ellen Page in Juno
- M. Night Shyamalan overall.
- Julia Roberts in Oceans Twelve
- The little aboriginal kid in Australia, not to forget Nicole Kidman.
- Paul Dano in There Will Be Blood
- Victor Rasuk in Lords of Dogtown
- Wes Bentley in American Beauty
- Heather Donahues' nose in The Blair Witch Project
- Maggie Gyllenhaal in The Dark Knight
- All the queer robots in I, Robot
- Adam Sandler in The Waterboy
- Sarah Jessica Parker wherever she shows her Seabiscuit-esque face
- John Leguizamo in The Pest
- Renée Zellweger in all her movies
- I had to copy/paste this: Q'Orianka Kilcher in The New World. Interesting to see a banana act.

Plus all the ones I forgot.

Seeing any of the actors from the TV-series "Friends" makes me want to slam my fist in the wall. I just can't see them as any other characters other than the ones they were on Friends and I freaking hated that show, too! Also, seeing Hugh Grant, Julia Roberts, Hayden Christensen or Sarah Jessica Parker causes me to fly into varying fits of rage, annoyance and disgust. I don't know why, maybe it's just the way they look that annoys me so much?

Not quite so awful, yet often irritating to look at: Tom Cruise, Orlando Bloom, Keanu Reeves, Brendan Fraser and Robin Williams.

It's impossible for me to hate actors that make shitty movies. I'm not going to be watching them what do I care. The ones that I can't stand are the actors/actresses that are in my favorite movies and keep me from loving it more. Fortunately I can only think of two; Orlando Bloom for managing to ham up every single line he had as Legolas, (I'm not a Tolkien fan at all, so there's no bias based on his character) and Mariel Hemingway for just being awful in Manhattan. I don't understand how she was even nominated. She's weird looking too.

At first I had trouble thinking of anybody in particular, then the spirit of the thread took over and I've ended up with quite a long list. It's by no means comprehensive, but I had to stop the list somewhere! I might update this sometime, it was pretty fun to do! We should have a thread about actors that you love as well, just to make the polar opposite to this one.

I like Brendan Fraser too! Adam Sandler, Cuba Gooding Jr, Jim Carrey, Angelina Jolie, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Orlando Bloom and Nicholas Cage are among my most hated actors.
