Pretty uninspiring list really

It's been six years since I last posted and I've seen quite a few movies in that time (although, I'm sure, not as many as a lot of you). Updated list:

I also have 5 other directors that I've seen 8 films from (Stanley Kubrick, David Fincher, Ridley Scott, Robert Aldrich, and John Carpenter), but Nolan, PTA, and Jackson win out with the higher averages.

Not much changes since last year, but D'Amato took the lead. It's interesting why I keep watching his films even though I don't rate them very high. But I can't really explain it logically.

Although I enjoy the films of the above and they are indicative of my preferences, this list does not include a few of my favorite directors simply because they have not directed enough films yet.
