I've enjoyed Luq Hamet as Roger in 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' (french dubbed version) since I was a kid, really embodies the wild and spontaneous demeanor of the character.

other than that:

-Billy Crystal as Mike Wazowski in 'Monster's Inc.'
-pretty much every actor in Ratatouille, notably Peter O'toole

I considered him, and his performance was exceptional, but it was a fairly minor part, and it's real impact was concentrated in his superb critique at the end. Gotta give the writers a lot of the credit there. That said, I should probably slip him into #4 above "Mack".

Peter O'Toole is Ratatouille is the first one that jumps out as someone who truly managed to create a three-dimensional, moving character through the quality of their performance.
