The Nine Lives of Fritz the Cat- The second best animated film I've ever seen, behind Heavy Traffic. Ralph Bakshi is the man!, although this isn't Bakshi, it's someone called Robert Taylor and this is unfortunately the only film he ever directed. Kinda strange to me because this film is so professional and revolutionary and mind-blowing in it's animation. If you're a fan of Baski, then you have no excuse for missing out on this masterpiece.
Frameup- The only Jon Jost film I've seen so far, but it was magnificent, in a strange, amateur way. Like all other of Jost's films, it's got barely any rating son this site.
PainterThis doesn't even have a page on either Criticker or IMDb, but I suppose it's still a film of some sort. Check it out in it's entirety in the link and decide for yourself. It's a hilarious and absolutely absurd examination at artists and their fans, and I suppose a real self-deprecating mockery.
