Better than expected. The main reason I gave this film a shot is because it has Rosario Dawson and Vinnie Jones. Unfortunately Jones had only a very small role, but the unknown lead turned out to be pretty decent as firefighter-turned-vigilante/arsonist. The plot starts to fall apart in the final third of the film, but the level of intensity holds up pretty decently and the intensity of the violence was a surprise. Extra points for the gun buying scene which is easily the best in the film due to an unknown performer out-acting all the stars in the cast. Loses points for having a massive gang war between crips and nazis occur entirely off screen -- that was a huge missed opportunity for awesomeness. 55.
