Re: I don't know if my favourite film should be in the same tier as my 60th favourite
But what you've done above isn't as functional in terms of quips. It doesn't reflect in the average score rating of the film on the stats page for example and it doesn't actually make your tiers any more closer to the bell curve model. Your tier 1 includes I'm guessing all films rated from 0-39 even...

I don't know if my favourite film should be in the same tier as my 60th favourite
If I have say 1,000 ratings then my top-10 favourite films will be categorized in tier 10 but so will my say, 70th or 90th favourite films since each tier is worth 10%. I think a tier 10 should be reserved for your absolute favourite films, the top 3-5%, 10% seems too large. The Tiers 7 and 8 should...

Filter out by 'already in watchlist'
Just wondering if there could be a feature added to filter out results in the full database when the film is already on your watchlist (the way you can filter out the ones that are already ranked).

Re: edkrak's 3000 aka Make me watch that movie!
You know ou don't have to watch a movie longer than 150 minutes all at once right? If you watch 30-40 minutes a day then you can finish a 3 hour movie within 4-6 days.
You'll also notice that longer films tend to have good reviews compared to short 90 minuters.

Re: Where do you watch movies?
I cancelled Netflix partly because the catalogue quality outside of original content has declined and they also charge more now for the 1080p streaming plan while simultaneously charging more for the regular plan but I also noticed that I was restricted to watching whatever was on Netflix. I'd end u...

Re: The PSI/TCI System is a bit flawed
I agree with this and I feel like it's easily solvable by making tier 1 and tier 10 worth 5% each of your overall ratings rather than each tier being worth 10% equally. I mean, your favourite filsm are like 1 out of every 20 films you watch not 1 out of every 10. And not 1 out of every 10 movies you...

Re: Zero or negative infinity
There's a problem with this site's tiered system giving 10% equally to your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc tier. In my opinion, only around 5% of the movies you see should be tier 1 and only around 5% should be tier 10. Tier 10 to me is your 'favourite' movies and I don't think 1 in every 10 movies I see is goi...

How have they still not gotten an app on any platform? Someone made it FOR them and they closed it up because of the API change which is quite sad.

Re: Batman: The Killing Joke
The 90s Batman animated series wasn't in HD or anything but it generally looks better than the newer DC Batman animated stuff and certainly better than this with its choppy graphics. I don't know why they can't go back to the classy neo-noir look of the Animated Series.
