I'd make a new thread in the bug report forum. I don't think this thread is monitored for bug issues.

Is the list still empty for you?

This isn't something you switch in the settings. Just only rate using 5 numbers and that will be the same as using a 5 star system. For example, only rate movies 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5.
