"It"
In what universe does Criticker in any way shape or form possibly suggest that I'd give this horror/clown Stephen King schlock a 75--which it did. I'd give it a zero but that might suggest that I had actually watched the preview, or (retch) paid for a ticket. How can anybody not be sick to death of this crap?!

I've noticed new releases' recommendations are almost always overestimated.

Though they may not be weekly phenomena, I'm often surprised or even awed by how good some movies are compared to what I expected. To wit:
The Only Living Boy in NY--10 (which was universally hated on by critics and audiences)
The Good Catholic--10
Wind River--9.5
Before I Fall--9 (A movie about high school senior girls!!! )
Guardians of the Galaxy vol.2--9 (I rated the original a 7)
All but the last are low budget Indies.
