Right you are, Rabbits and Eraserhead Stories shouldn't count.

16 total (with a minimum of 3 films). Odd, only two on the list I really follow closely, so I obviously I don't seek out entire catalogs.

Christopher Nolan
Duncan Jones
Edgar Wright

Probably some others I can't think of. Working on seeing the last few Coen Brothers, Chan Wook-Park, Alfonso Cuaron, Frank Darabont, and Sidney Lumet films

I have seen all from Turkish directors; Reha Erdem (9) Nuri Bilge Ceylan (8) Yavuz Turgul (7) +Nolan without his last Quay. But most importantly I have seen all Woody Allen films (even though criticker says to me 49/50. i don't have the intention to watch a NY concert recording that is directed by him collaborately and I am still clear that I have seen it all)

I am also close to complete for: Kubrick (his two earliest less-known films); Zeki Demirkubuz (his last one); some other Turkish directors with a few left to go; Haneke (some of his TV movies); Amenebar's early shorts and latest Regression; Inarritu's Babel; Noe's shorts; Steve Mcqueen's shorts; Jessica Hausner's first...

I would like to recommend that you read the novel Thus Bad Begins, by Javier Marías.

Ones who made at least 4 feature movies and I've seen all of them:
Terry Gilliam, Radu Jude, Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Jafar Panahi, Cristian Mungiu, Ephraim Kishon, Lynne Ramsay, Aaron Katz, Ari Folman, Julian Schnabel.

Ones who made only 3 features and I've seen the lot:
J.C. Chandor, Justin Meeks, Sadao Yamanaka (he made more but only 3 survived), Shlomi&Ronit Elkabetz, Jeremy Saulnier, Joachim Trier.

I'm waiting to see the newest releases by Emir Kusturica, Andrei Zvyagintsev, Oren Moverman, Greg McLean and James Gray to complete theirs.

Just using the "By % Seen" button on the filmmaker list page (automatic minimum of 3 films), without worrying about whether they are shorts or features, here are the directors for whom I have seen at least 80% of their works (excluding some TV directors):

    100%
      Bertrand Bonello 7/7
      Yuriy Norshteyn 7/7
      Whit Stillman 5/5
      Elaine May 4/4
      Kevin Costner 4/4
      Ken Lonergan 3/3

    91%
      Andrei Tarkovsky 10/11

    90%
      Bruno Dumont 9/10

    88%
      Errol Morris 15/17

    86%
      Wes Anderson 12/14
      Darren Aronofsky 6/7

    85%
      Lars von Trier 22/26
      Adam Curtis 11/13
      Don Hertzfeldt 11/13

    83%
      David Fincher 10/12
      Michael Bay 10/12
      Nicolas Winding Refn 10/12
      Godfrey Reggio 5/6
      John Hyams 5/6
      Jennifer Chambers Lynch 5/6
      J.J. Abrams 5/6

My own 100%s on the filmmaker page is quite an eclectic collection:

Lee Unkrich, 4/4 - With Pixar, co-director of Finding Nemo and a few others that I watched while I was much younger. Has another film with Pixar out later this year.
Naokatsu Tsuda, 3/3 - Anime director, helped create the excellent recent adaptation of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. He's got some other work on IMDb, and may have only directed the first season of the anime, so this probably doesn't count. TV ratings are still new on here.
Ágnes Hranitzky, 3/3 - Wife of Bela Tarr and co-director on three of his films. Criticker doesn't credit them for their segment from Visions of Europe, so this is actually one short.
Coleman Francis, 3/3 - Legendarily terrible director, of The Beast of Yucca Flats and two others, all featured on MST3k. My average rating for his films is 9. 9/100. Yes, he lives up to his reputation.

Beyond them, the only other filmmakers I have above 80% are as follows:

Darren Aronofsky -86%, 6/7
Christopher Nolan - 83%, 10/12
J.J. Abrams - 83%, 5/6

All recent, frequently praised directors, so it makes sense they would be high on my completion percentages.

Excluding tv directors:

100%
    Lee Unkrich - 4/4
    John Requa/Glenn Ficarra - 4/4
    Mike Birbiglia - 3/3 (one is a stand-up special)
    Scott Cooper - 3/3
    Samuel Armstrong - 3/3

90%
    Adam McKay - 9/10

86%
    Darren Aronofsky - 6/7

83%
    Quentin Tarantino - 10/12
    Todd Phillips - 10/12
    David Fincher - 10/12
    Phil Lord/Chris Miller - 5/6
    J.J. Abrams - 5/6

80%
    Matthew Vaughn - 4/5

Of the 100% club, I don't consider any of them to be particularly strong directors, though Unkrich and Cooper I consider to be good. The rest of my list are directors I consider to be between good and great. The majority of my favorite directors don't make the cut, weirdly enough. Part of the reason for the paradox is that I don't want to watch, for example, every Kurosawa movie right away and never have more to watch anew.
