I saw it in the mid-90s (Though it couldve definitely been from way back) when I was 5 or 6. It was one of those crappy Mexican horror movies that no one knows about.
anyway, the plot concerns a family and the focus shifts to the uncle. The family goes to the beach, and the uncle is attacked by seaweed. It poisons him and he becomes ill.
later on, the family thinks he dies, or he goes missing. the family posts a stick on the sand with his tie, in commemoration.
then the family and the uncle meet up again in a house, although neither party is aware of each other being present.
the ill uncle is apparently possessed due to the seaweed and his eyeballs are large and yellow-orange, and he utters disturbing unnatural noises from his mouth.
i dont remember the ending. PS: sorry if I seem repetitive with "the family, the family, the family", these few clues are the only ones I can use to find out the film title.
ive tried searching on IMDb, via Google, I've looked for it on Flixster, and I've asked Yahoo Answers, was hoping maybe someone knew from this website.
Cheap, hardly known Mexican horror
